Scott Guillemette

Principal

Scott is a Principal at Cirdan, an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has more than 35 years of actuarial consulting experience in both the public and private sectors of the health care industry. Payer and provider areas of expertise include valuation of actuarial assets and liabilities, rate filing preparation, pricing and ratemaking, reinsurance coverages, financial risk management and modeling, cost containment, intervention and program valuation, at-risk value-based payment models, risk-based capital, and surplus management.

Prior to joining Cirdan, Scott was Vice President, Actuarial Services for Optum Advisory Services. Prior to Optum, he was a Principal with Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson).
