Alex Linneman

Consulting Actuary I

Alex Linneman is a consulting actuary with Cirdan Health Systems and Consulting, an HMA Company. He is an associate of the Society of Actuaries and contributes to a range of client projects for multiple health plans.

He develops reserve estimates, annual budget projections, and financial dashboards, and he supports a self-insured health plan client with annual plan pricing. A member of the Cirdan risk adjustment workgroup, he contributes to the team’s Medicare and Medicaid Risk Score Accuracy Potential (RSAP) reports and Medicare sweep revenue estimates.

Alex has over five years of experience working in the healthcare actuarial space. He specializes in Medicare risk adjustment, Part D bid development, and actuarial activities related to Minnesota Medicaid and self-insured health plans.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in actuarial science from the University of St. Thomas.
